Private wealth dispute services for law firms
Our Private Wealth Disputes team can assist law firms with the following types of claim in cases where the firm acts as professional executor (through its partners or a trust corporation), or where the firm acts for lay executors.
- Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims;
- will disputes;
- construction and rectification actions;
- trust disputes; and
- third party disputes.
We can also provide independent advice to executors and beneficiaries where the acting law firm is unable to do so due to a conflict of interest.
