Louisa Donaghy is a Senior Associate in the Catterick Garrison Military Department.
She is the pioneer of the ground-breaking cohort of carcinogenic cases emanating from military service in or around rotary helicopters such as the Sea King Aircraft, achieving seven figure settlements of national acclaim.
Louisa has a proven track record in securing settlements in military cases involving catastrophic injuries, cold injuries, illness and medical negligence and she has developed a strong niche practice in claims involving bullying, harassment, and sexual assault.
Louisa’s experience in military claims means that she understands the unique environment faced by service personnel, veterans, and their families such as the complexities of returning to civilian life. She is committed to working closely with her clients, advising, and supporting them throughout the litigation process. She fights hard to obtain early admissions of liability to secure her clients access to interim damages to help fund immediate needs.
Louisa in her leisure time enjoys raising funds for the Armed Forces Benevolent Fund and small charities the Catterick Garrison community.
