Witness Appeal: Did you work for Foster Wheeler Ltd between 1971 and 1973?


The specialist asbestos claims team at Hugh James have been instructed to pursue a civil compensation claim on behalf of Mr Kenneth Harding.

Kenneth Harding sadly died from the asbestos related condition, mesothelioma in June 2023.

Kenneth worked for Foster Wheeler Ltd between 1971 and 1973 within the Esso Oil Refinery in Milford Haven. Kenneth spent time working on pipes, tanks and containers at the oil refinery. It is believed that he worked on pipes that were lagged with asbestos.

We are looking for any former employees of Foster Wheeler Ltd who can confirm how exposure arose at the time and in particular anyone who worked at these companies with or at the same time as Kenneth. If you worked with Kenneth at any point during his career and recall being exposed to asbestos or have any other information relating to asbestos exposure with the employer listed above, please consider contacting us to assist with his claim.
