We’re delighted to have advised our client The Seren Collection, the hospitality group behind some of Wales’ most celebrated luxury hotels and restaurants, on securing a significant investment in its award-winning portfolio of luxury hotel and restaurant venues.
Wrightwood Investments, a global private equity firm founded by Henry Engelhardt and Diane Briere de l’Isle, has partnered with The Seren Collection in taking a minority shareholding in the group. With an outstanding track record of nurturing high-quality brands and businesses, Wrightwood Investments is the perfect fit to support Seren’s vision for further growth and elevation of guest experiences.
Corporate and Commercial partner, Siôn Tudur led the deal, supported by Solicitor Hinna Kerai.
