Hugh James has advised Rocialle Healthcare on the acquisition of the Ward Mobility business, which will become part of the recently formed Rocialle Direct division.
Rocialle is an expert medical and surgical products and service provider based in Mountain Ash, South Wales.
This exciting acquisition, which includes a dispensing business, enables Rocialle to develop its ‘direct to patient’ supply route via a dedicated prescription home delivery service. This further supports the needs of patients and carers living with stoma, continence and/or wound care needs and provides total commitment to serving customers with what they need, when they need it.
The Hugh James team advising Rocialle was led by Partner and Head of Corporate/Commercial Gerallt Jones and Corporate Senior Associate Gemma Davies.
