Hugh James has advised Cardiff based production company, Avanti media, on its recent deal which saw Sky Vision increase its stake in the company.
Aled Walters, partner in the corporate and head of the commercial department said:

Sky plc has increased their shareholding in Avanti Media to 51% percent.
