We’re delighted to be appointed to the Legal Panel of the charity RoadPeace.
The RoadPeace Legal Panel aims to help and support people bereaved or seriously injured in a road collision by enabling them access high quality legal advice and justice, including fair compensation. The Legal Panel is made up of leading specialist personal injury law firms. Panel members’ sign up to an agreed set of qualifying criteria as a quality standard and sign of their commitment to road crash victims

‘As Hugh James joined forces with Road Peace back in February 2020, little did anyone know the extent to which our world would change over the coming months. As we now start to ease out of lockdown, many people have become used to efficient remote working, video meetings being held virtually online and people picking up the phone more than they ever have to have conversations, “our new normal”.
Whilst the number of collisions is bound to have fallen during lockdown due to fewer vehicles on our roads, sadly we are still having to deal with things we would rather have left behind, such as speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, use of mobile phones at the wheel, driving whilst disqualified and vehicles that are not road worthy. So we are thrilled to be working with RoadPeace to support their campaign for better traffic law enforcementand safer streets as we come out of lockdown,’
