We are pleased to announce that MotoNovo Finance has signed an agreement to occupy the remaining vacant office space at our headquarters in Cardiff’s Two Central Square.
From February 2025, MotoNovo Finance will relocate its regional office to the state-of-the-art BREEAM Excellent rated building, taking on the fourth floor and part of floor three. The move completes the tenancy of the remaining 28,098 square foot of space, marking a key milestone for Hugh James as it reaches full occupancy at its flagship premises.
MotoNovo Finance has been a leader in motor finance for over 40 years and is part of the wider Aldermore Group. Like us, the company embraces hybrid working, providing its employees with the flexibility to balance working remotely with the vibrancy of the business community in Wales’ capital city.
As part of our commitment to sustainability and hybrid working, we reduced our office footprint from six to four floors in 2021, then instructing property advisors Cooke & Arkwright and Emanuel Jones to secure new tenants. In July 2023, RBC Brewin Dolphin took on part of the third floor, with MotoNovo Finance now completing the picture.
Managing Partner Alun Jones said:“We are delighted to welcome MotoNovo Finance to our fantastic headquarters at Two Central Square.
“We’re proud of our modern, flexible workspaces, which allow us to balance remote work with the invaluable collaboration that comes from being together in an office environment, and we look forward to welcoming our new neighbours at MotoNovo Finance to their new home.”
Duncan McIntyre, Group Director for Organisational Effectiveness at Aldermore Group said:
“We’re pleased to announce that we’ve relocated to our new office space in Cardiff, just across the road from our previous location. This move reinforces our long-term commitment to Cardiff as a key hub for our business, our colleagues, and our customers. Investing in this new space will enable us to foster even greater collaboration, innovation, and growth as we continue to build for the future.”
