We’re pleased to have advised our client United Welsh Housing Association on the multimillion-pound acquisition of the former Windsor Collier site in Caerphilly.
United Welsh completed the purchase from Caerphilly County Borough Council, marking a signification step forward in bringing new and affordable housing to the area.
