Danielle is a Senior Associate in the Abuse Specialist Personal Injury Department. She specialises in representing survivors of abuse and has experience in bringing claims against sporting institutions, schools, religious institutions, scout organisations, County Councils, medical professionals and therapists. She is also acting on a number of compensation redress schemes including the Manchester City Scheme, Lambeth Children’s Home Redress Scheme and the Northern Ireland Redress Scheme.
Danielle also acts in claims against individual abusers, as well as a number of high-profile group actions claims.
She also has experience in pursuing Criminal Injuries Compensation Claims for victims of sexual abuse.
Danielle is passionate about representing survivors of abuse and has campaigned for tighter regulations and mandatory reporting. She takes pride in providing clients with the best advice and support whilst going through the litigation process.
Work history
Danielle joined the Abuse Team at Hugh James in September 2020. Having qualified in March 2013, Danielle has previously worked for Weightmans, Lyons Davidson, Morris Orman Hearle and Bolt Burdon Kemp.
Danielle studied at the University of West England.
