Hugh James has advised Microsoft Dynamics software specialist firm, Evo-Soft Limited, on its sale to the Manchester-based IT company, BCN Group.
Our Corporate and Commercial department provided specialist support to Evo-Soft Ltd throughout the acquisition process. The team was led by Partner and Head of Corporate/Commercial, Gerallt Jones, and supported by Solicitor Matt Detheridge on the sale and purchase, and Associate, Sali Owens, on the employment aspects of the deal.
Founded in 2001, Evo-Soft is a UK top five Microsoft Gold Enterprise Resource Planning Partner. It is a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to importers, wholesalers, distributors, and the auction marketplace.
Under the deal, Evo-Soft becomes part of the BCN Group and will enhance BCN’s focus and capability of delivering services and solutions from the Microsoft ecosystem. BCN is a leading Digital Transformation solutions and managed service provider delivering cloud first data strategies to the Mid-Market and Public Sector organisations.
