- Cardiff Council/Llanishen
Reservoir
Acted on behalf of
Cardiff Council/Cardiff Harbour Authority in successfully
making an application for a new business tenancy of a new sailing
centre at Llanishen Reservoir.
Represented Hafod Care in
a dispute with a Local Authority over the leases of 7 care
homes.
- Welsh Assembly
Government
Acting for the Welsh Assembly
Government in relation to a subsidence and trespass claim. The
claim relates to an embankment of a major dual carriageway which
subsided due to a burst water main which caused damage to
properties below.
Acting for the Forestry Commission
in defending claims by residents and businesses relating to a
landslide in Tintern.
Neil Morgan advised the Millennium
Stadium plc on the applicability of the 1954 L&T Act to
catering and franchise facilities in the Stadium.
